no poo for you

yesterday I used up the end of my shampoo bottle..
today?
today I made my own shampoo
'being poo free' is what the Internet tells me
gotta admit.. I'm kinda frightened! yet nerdly excited!! (if it works)

how did I make it? and what makes this ingredients so intriguing?
well.. first off may I point out that regular shampoo is what actually messes up your hair in the first place? if your hair is dry.. or lacking moisture... oily or.. dull.. its cause of your shampoo?
as well as chemical this chemical that...

well.. after much looking like a 'odd and very suspicious' person in the grocery store (wandering up and down the toiletry isle lost and confused) I came to the conclusion that 'castile soap' doesn't exist at this particular store.
NOOOO! I already got everything! and my MAIN PURPOSE OF COMING TOO THE GROCERY STORE IS FOR MY NO POO SHAMPOO INGREDIENTS!
so I took out my handy iPhone, and looked up SUBSTITUTES for castile soap.
good grief! I already don't know what i'm doing! I already don't know what castile soap might do to my hair.. and I'm looking for alternatives?
icarumba!

'ivory' soap is what i ended up getting as its replacement.. Aloe smelling
- hopefully Aloe is actually IN this soap for Aloe is good for making your hair strong, think, healthy, which means moisturrrrreee!! and smoooothness! as well for aloe is used to make the 'base' of the hair cleaner, it helps so the cleaning product doesn't strip the natural oils from your hair. It is also known for treating hairloss (no I am not losing my hair) and hair growth- which might be handing for my hair is at that inbetween stage..  It is wonderful for you scalp, so goooood by dandruff, which also means goooooood bye 'Head and shoulders' shampoo THAT TESTS ON ANIMALS

I also got a can of coconut milk -> which is good for natural curls in your hair, helping PREVENT PREMATURE GREY HAIRS (apparently getting grey hairs in my late twenties should be a fear of mine) lots of same stuff as aloe... no breakage, works as a conditioner, helps your hair grow.. just think healthy hair!

annnnnd vitamin E liquid form in the pills section (at this point I realise I am watching toooooo much 'Breaking Bad' because I am starting to feel like I look like I'm gathering ingredients to make illegal drugs which is why I've been spending so much time in the grocery store just standing there... contemplating stuff..)
Vitamin E is good for decreasing sun damage to skin (I sunburn the 'part' to my head every summer.. okay pretty much everytime I go outdoors..)  when rubbing into your scalp it is good for improving circulation as well as your immune system!

1/3 soap with aloe
1/4 coconut milk
few drops vitamin E oil..

and.. HOPEFULLY non-greasy hair... and no chemicals, and and and money saving?
